This fine wine from Mendoza, Argentina is 50% Bonarda and 50% Syrah. Deep beet red in color and a nice red-fruit nose with a touch of buttered toast. Soft, light fruit with smooth tannins and a nice short finish. I really loved this wine for the price. I think it was $17.99 and it was well worth it. I'm starting to fancy more and more wines from Argentina and also enjoyed a nice Malbec next to this one called Gascon. I would score the Crios a 89.
