This is an Australian Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills region that shows simple but interesting scents of lime, fresh herbs, and coconut. The flavors are crisp citrus, nectarine, and herbs. This wine leaves you desiring for something more complex but is a great summer wine that will pair well with many light foods. Spectator scored it 89 points, and I think it lacks complexity so I score it
87 points.
