This hand crafted single vineyard red from Corbières is a blend of Carignan 60%, Mourvèdre 25%, Syrah 15% and shows beautiful aromas of dark cherry, ripe blueberry, coffee, and black currant, followed by mouth coating flavors of black raspberry, oak, and blackberry jam. The finish is nice and long and leaves a very pleasant taste on the palate. A very nicely made wine from a lesser known French region that sometimes is known for cheaper style wines. I score this wine 90 points.
