This little single vineyard Pinot from the Russian River Valley AVA is a fantastic example of the quality consistently produced from this region. The vibrant fruits and elegant mouth feel and finish is what I really enjoy with wines from the Russian River. A mix of Dijon clones 115, 667 and 777 make for distinctive bright red fruit aromas with a fleshy and elegant tannin structure. The mid-palate is fantastic and the finish is all too smooth and refined. This wine is drinking fabulous and I highly recommend this Pinot Noir to those Cab and Merlot Drinkers out there.

I have one for you to try:
A 2006 Barceó "Tempranillo"
Vino de la Tierra de Castilla i León
Unlike many spanish Rosé who have a nint of strawberry, this one hints raspberries. Let me know what you think.
Sorry, missed and l in Barceló...
