Holiday Food & Wine Pairings
Wondering what wines to pair with your favorite holiday foods? There really isn't much to it! Champagne, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Beaujolais, and a Port for after dinner. This should cover almost every angle unless your skipping the traditional turkey, chicken, or ham. If you're serving red meats then just make sure to have a Cab or Merlot around.
