The aromas start off with beautiful notes of apple, banana, and pineapple and develop into seductive tropical fruit flavors. The bouquet is very appealing and is really the best part of this wine. The flavors are of citrus, apricot, nectarine, and mineral. The slight bitterness, almost like a bitter citrus peel, seems to throw this wine a little out of balance and makes it seem almost to intensely acidic. However, this may be strictly a food wine and could be a hit with the right dish. Grading it without food is almost an injustice, but then again I almost never have food when tasting for these reviews. 84-85 points
