This dry style Riesling from the Clare Valley in Australia brings lots of citrus fruits on the nose; lime, lemon, yellow grapefruit, honeysuckle, and a touch of petrol and mineral are just some of the aromas that encompass the complex bouquet. The flavor profile is somewhat more simple in that citrus fruits, lime peel, and mineral dominate with a crisp acidity. The wine with exception of the bouquet is very simple and would pair nicely with a number of seafood dishes.
