Most Alsatian wines are quite dry and can even be bone dry, but this Gewurzt is actually off dry and has an elegant sleek texture with plentiful acidity which helps balance out the sugar. Flavors of honey suckle, pear, apricot nectar, and edible flowers all combine to impress on the palate. The finish is nice and clean and leaves you desiring more. 90 points

I am a huge fan of Gewurztraminer - believe it or not, but the best one I ever tried was... Czech. It's called Tramin Cerveny in Moravia, comes in 1/4 of the price in Alsace and is purely insane as for bouquet.
